Hi Alethea,
Greeting from the lovely island of Sri Lanka. Me and my wife want to get into candle business, so I diged into the internet and a got all information, and when I went to India brought some molds and started doing samples.
While browsing the internet by chance I got into your website. I was so lucky that the information you have provided are so much that no other candle making website provided.
Now onward I am just following your instruction, I have downloaded almost all you videos. I keeping watching them again and again to master all the information you have provided.
Very soon I will send you all images of the candles we have made, but not perfect as yours definitely.
You have cleared me about paraffin wax, which most of the sites scared the readers by saying it was petroleum product, and it my ignite, and the smoke was harmful for health and so on.
Now I don't want to bore you with my long email. I like to to some craft candle like animals fruits so by hand, for that I need to soften my wax (Paraffin) to manipulate it to different shapes. I find it difficult, as it brakes into pieces. Would you please be kind enough to guide me as how to soften the Wax so I can do some craft candles.
Thanks for patiently reading my mail.
Please help me on this.
Thanks
Suffee
